Known to everyone as LUNCH thanks to the giant rooftop sign on Montauk Highway, this 1965 institution is the quintessential Hamptons midday stop. Get the hot buttered lobster roll or the classic cold salad version, with popcorn shrimp and chowder on the side.
Bostwick's Chowder House (East Hampton)
