About Dario
Dario is a free daily side-scrolling platformer from Mind Loft, drawn in 16-bit pixel art. Run, jump and stomp through three short levels of the AI race, past parody billboards for ClosedAI, Goggle, Teslo, DeepSink and Space-Y, and reach the AGI gate as fast as you can.
The course is remixed every day and is the same for every player, so the daily board is a straight race. Run it as often as you like; your fastest full clear takes the board, and the quickest clears ever made stay on the all-time list.
The music is original chiptune arrangements of public-domain classics: Grieg’s In the Hall of the Mountain King, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee and Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries for the three levels, Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance for a win, and Gounod’s Funeral March of a Marionette when a rival ships first. All companies named in the game are parodies.
