Listed is a free daily ranking puzzle from Mind Loft. Each day deals eight real things and one measurable quantity, shuffled out of order. Your job is to rank them. You get five submits, and every submit grades each row: green means exactly right and locks it in with the real figure revealed, amber means you are off by exactly one place, and grey means you are further away than that.

The amber tier is what makes it a deduction puzzle rather than a quiz. Knowing a row is one place from home turns a wild guess into arithmetic, and a board that looks hopeless after one submit is usually two nudges from solved. Rank the whole list on your first submit and you score a perfect 10.

Every board is a trivia, history or geography board, and the three rotate through the week: box office and sports records one day, founding years or independence dates the next, deepest trenches or highest capitals after that. Every answer key is a published number from a named source, never an opinion and never a critics’ poll, so there is always exactly one right order.
