The New Jersey-style Italian deli that started the LA chicken caesar wrap craze, going viral on TikTok for a wrap built with a crispy chicken cutlet, chopped romaine, shaved parmesan, pepperoncini, herb croutons, and a dressing that regulars call the whole reason. Launched as a delivery-only operation in 2020 before opening in Melrose Hill in 2021.
