Addison (Carmel Valley)
Chef William Bradley's Addison is Southern California's only three-Michelin-star restaurant and its sole Forbes Five-Star table, set on a bluff at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar. A nine-course California gastronomy tasting menu of meticulous, seasonal cooking, paired from one of the region's deepest wine cellars — the pinnacle of fine dining in San Diego.

A minimalist Banker's Hill omakase counter from the Azuki Sushi team, inspired by kaiseki and edomae traditions and named Best Omakase by Ranch & Coast in 2026. Chef Tara Monsod's modern Asian steakhouse on the downtown Embarcadero, named San Diego Magazine's readers' Best Chef and the No. 2 restaurant in the city for 2026. Bold Filipino and Southeast Asian flavors meet A5 wagyu and seafood off the coal-fired robata in a glamorous, art-deco room.
Wolf in the Woods (Mission Hills)

Callie (East Village)

Lucien (La Jolla)
