About Circa
Circa is a free daily history puzzle from Mind Loft — the daily year hunt. Each day serves up one famous moment from the last thousand years: a battle, a disaster, a discovery, a first. Your job is to pin down the exact year it happened, in six guesses or fewer.
Every guess plays hot and cold: an arrow tells you whether the true year is earlier or later, and a heat band tells you how close you are. Get within three years and the moment is placed — that’s circa, and it counts as a win. Know it cold and name the exact year on your first try for a perfect score.
