Three endgames where the count at the end decides it, each a position you are already winning with exactly one move that keeps it. Chain is dots and boxes with the safe edges gone. Turn is Othello with ten squares left, where flipping the fewest discs is the habit that wins. Yose is Go: the walls are built, a handful of open points decide it, and two passes count the board.
None of these is checked against a key. The position is played out against an engine that defends as well as it can, and the round ends when the game does, so a wrong move is not announced while you can still play. The board ranks solvers by how many attempts the solve took, and a replay counts.
The rules are stated on each page and the engine enforces them. The puzzle is reading the position a few moves deep.
