About Slot
Slot is a free daily blind ranking puzzle from Mind Loft. Ten real things on one hard numeric axis, countries by population, films by running time, metals by density, arrive one at a time, and each has to be dropped into an empty slot before the next is shown. A placement never moves. The tenth item takes the last slot left, and the reveal shows the true order beside yours with the real figures.
Score is exact placements out of ten, and every board carries a par: what a sensible player averages on that day’s order of arrival. The order is the difficulty. The same ten things dealt anchors first all but play themselves; dealt middle first, they break most boards somewhere around slot five. The week climbs from Monday to Saturday and the Sunday Edition runs twelve slots. Everyone gets the same board and the same order, so the daily leaderboard ranks by exact placements, then near misses, then time.
