Shoe is a free daily blackjack puzzle from Mind Loft. Every player faces the same shoe: ten hands of blackjack dealt from one fixed 72-card shoe cut from two decks, the same cards in the same order for everyone, which turns blackjack from a gamble into a decision game a leaderboard can rank. Hit, stand, or double on a 10-chip stake; the dealer stands on every 17; blackjack pays 3 to 2; there are no splits.

Par is what basic strategy, the book line, banks on the day's shoe playing blind, and matching it scores 8 out of 10. The ace line, a blind player's best day, scores 10. Beating the book means counting: the shoe holds 72 cards off two standard decks, so every card on the table changes what is left, and the player who notices stands where the book hits.

A new shoe is dealt every day at midnight Eastern, and Sundays step up to fourteen hands off the entire 104-card double deck, where a perfect counter knows exactly what remains.
