There is a sketch to lay the letters out in, a notes pad, and you can cross off a choice you have ruled out. The Reshelving
A librarian shelves each of five books (U, V, W, X, and Y) on exactly one of three shelves: the top shelf, the middle shelf, and the bottom shelf. More than one book may go on the same shelf. The arrangement must meet all of the following conditions:
1Exactly two books are shelved on the bottom shelf.2W and X are shelved on the same shelf.3Y and X are shelved on different shelves.4If V is shelved on the middle shelf, then V is shelved on the top shelf.
